Ok, totally spaced that today is Monday… and I owe you a post… oops…. Sorry y’all 🙁
This is gonna be quick and dirty because WHY? Because I’m in the midst of getting ready for FITCATION!!! I can not believe that so much awesomeness is descending upon Austin this weekend – in some cases as soon as THURSDAY!!! That’s in 2 FULL DAYS (not counting today of course!)
We are gonna have a blast and I can’t wait to share all kinds of amazing stuff with y’all after it’s all said and done.
Also, stay tuned because I have an incredible review and giveaway coming up for something that I ADORE and can not wait to share with y’all!
So, down to the nitty Gritty… confession…. I will be posting my meal plan tomorrow – however I can say that breakfasts will stay the same as last week because i ADORE Peanut butter and banana sandwiches now! Lunches will be mostly the same as last week too. The main difference is gonna be dinners… Plus, did I mention that I’ll be at FITCATION this weekend so that throws a slight kink into the plan… however, it is my goal to NOT DIET ever again, right? so that includes this weekend… which means making smart choices and enjoying foods I love in moderation. I’ll be sure to report back 🙂
Ok, so here it is… the moment you’ve all been waiting for…. That’s right, even with some… not so healthy eating choices, my workouts paid off and I’m down a lb! I’m stoked. Â BMI is currently – 35.9
Alright – that’s it! See y’all in a cpl hours for Mamavation TV 🙂

Whoo Hoo!!!!! Shelley – let’s tear it up! Can’t wait for the meet up this weekend. Wish today was Friday!
I love what you said about not dieting – that’s exactly how I feel about it. I indulged more than I should have last week, but I’m okay with it. The key is to balance it out with healthy choices when possible.
Way to go! That’s awesome that you lost weight this week and I bet you’ll have tons of fun in Austin. Soooo close to me but I’ll miss it. Give all the ladies an extra hug of encouragement from me. 😉
Congrats on the continued and steady weight loss! You rock.
Have fun at Fitcation! Can’t wait to hear all about it, and see your meal plans.
Great job Shelley – slow and steady wins the race! If you’re consistent with exercise and healthy eating, then the weight will come off consistently too.
I’m totally bummed that I can’t come to Fitcation (I’m solo parenting the 3 munchkins for 12 days), I wanted to go so badly so that I could meet you. I hope our paths will cross IRL soon!
I love the idea of not dieting again. I’m totally there with you.
See you in THREE days!!!
Great job, Shelley!! I’m keeping breakfasts and lunches the same too. Trying to shake up dinner, but last week was definitely more creative! LOL
Have an awesome time at Fitcation – I know you will! Hugs 🙂
