I wish you could see what I see – the amazing person you are. The amazing person you are becoming.

The world has already beaten you down more than it should – especially those who should have loved you most. I’m sorry for that.

I’m sorry that the monsters in the world are small compared with the ones in your head.

You are kind. People will take advantage of that.

You are smart. People will have expectations that may be unrealistic.

You are talented. That will make insecure people lash out.

You have a huge heart and wish only to please the people in your world. Not everyone can be pleased.

I know it’s hard to please those who are never happy. I tried before and know how exhausting that can be.

I hope you never let the world change your smile because your smile can change the world.

I believe in you and know that there are great things on your horizon. I know that you can do anything you set your mind to.

I will tell you every day if I have to until the day you finally hear me.

You are amazing. You deserve all the best that life has to offer. You are stronger that you realize just yet. Someday you will believe all of this. It took me 36 years. You will learn faster than I did. You will see. and I will be standing right next to you – your loudest cheerleader. Your biggest fan.
