It’s almost Halloween… which means that the rest of the holidays are not far behind… which ALSO means that stress levels may increase as we stretch our already tight budgets a bit further than we like… we’ll hear screeching children as they regale us with the “why’s” behind their need for whatever toy of the moment will have parents trampling one another… and parents everywhere will have the glazed look on their face as they try to just keep moving towards New years when all of the madness is safely behind us for another few months….
