I’ve discovered along the way that it is up to each and every person to decide what does and what does not work for them.  I can not tell you definitively what will work for you, but I can share my story.
I’m a snacker. Â Snacks are an important part of my day and if I don’t plan them accordingly, I WILL reach for something unhealthy – chips, candy, ice cream, but when I plan a healthy snack, I find that I’m not as hungry when meal time rolls around so it is easier for me to keep my portions in check. Â I also know that when I’m settling down to watch a movie with the family, I crave something salty and crunchy for my “mindless” snacking.
