I have issues during the summer coming up with meals… it is HOT here in Texas and NOTHING sounds good.
Seriously nothing.
But this week, I ventured out to find some NUMMY looking recipes that I could cook on my George Foreman Grill so I’m not heating up the whole house and trying to find new ways to get excited about fresh foods again.
Breakfasts and lunches are pretty standard without a lot of variety so those aren’t listed, but here are the dinners I have planned:
Monday – Broiled Scallops – Grilled instead of Broiled; Grilled Roman Salad & Grilled Zucchini
Tuesday – Chicken Paillards W/ Herb-Tomato Salad; Brown Rice
Wednesday – Flank Steak Fajitas, Corn Tortilla, Avocado, Salsa; Grilled onions & Bell Peppers
Thursday – Grilled Ratatouille Salad; Grilled Cilantro Chicken
Friday – Garlicky Grilled Chicken, Portobello, and Radicchio Salad
Saturday – Turkey Meatloaf; Sweet Potato Fries; Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Sunday – Garden Chicken Stir Fry
