This will be short and sweet becuase I want to update you but have NO time…
This past weekend with some of my #mamavation sistas (and yes, I noticed I just hashtagged it) was AMAZING! Â Seriously AMAZING! Â you ladies are so awesome and I truly miss you already 🙁 Â But never fear – there WILL be another one… and I strongly suggest you join us if you can. Â There will be many posts to come with reviews and even a few giveaways in the future 🙂 so stay tuned.
Even with all the eating out, I still feel good about (most of) the choices we made. Â We tried to plan it so that there were healthy options all around even with our delightfully decadent dinner at the Roaring Fork. and OH BOY was there fitness!
This week I managed to lose .5 lbs (HEY LORI – DID YOU SEE THAT??) but as sore as I am, I wonder if there’s not more waiting to be shed with water weight. Â That means that my BMI is at 35.9… still too high but moving in the right direction…
That’s all I’ve got for now, but I’ll be updating everything else VERY SOON!
