Good morning everyone 🙂
This past week was a good week. I felt good. I got my sweat on. I was happy as can be… until mother nature decided to show up and no I feel remarkably BLAH… but it’s a temporary blah and I’m still eating right and getting my sweat on.
When I jumped on the scale Saturday, I showed a loss… but alas, not today. I know what it is, I know it will go away, and at least it’s not a gain 🙂 BMI stayed at 36.1 so no change there either 😉
As for my meal plan, this is the first week that we are planning our own. I know Alysa is there when we need her, and yet it’s still kinda scary. I never was a big “meal planner” and I haven’t planned out every single meal since I was a Mamavation Mom. but I was getting excited looking at all kinds of new recipes and ways to cook that I hadn’t thought of before.

All in all, I’m enjoying this latest challenge – and I know the other ladies are doing amazing! you should definitely check out their blogs and twitter streams if you aren’t already.
And OMG – did you see who is on Mamavation TV tonight? The one – the only DS Daniel Alarik AKA – Grunt Style;. He’s going to be talking with us about working out at home and healthy snacking… that is if we can focus on the brains behind the gorgeous façade… oh who am I kidding… we (some of us anyway) turn into giddy school girls when he’s on camera and embarrass ourselves. Either way, it will be a fun time so join us TONIGHT 7pm PST/10pm EST on Mingle Media TV. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

It’s fun to try new recipes and different ways to make things, to help you get excited! I have not been real great about meal planning either, but have started to at least put a list of possible options on the side of the fridge lately. It helps me cure the “there’s nothing to eat, let’s go out” thought process! Thanks for sharing!
